Problem: When we first saw the account, we had two main issues: conversions were not accurately tracked and the cost per conversion was too high. 

Solution: Conversion tracking with enhanced conversions was implemented correctly from scratch for lead forms, along with phone call tracking through Google Tag Manager. A brand new structure was implemented for search based on services, for example a campaign for staffing was developed with ad groups for each sub category like event, festival and promotional. Further development of the account was achieved through establishment of PMax campaigns with compelling assets and ad copy. 

The target set by the client was to achieve a cost per conversion of below £40 pounds.

Result: The target cost per conversion of £40 was achieved. Overall, we saw a 30% reduction in CPA and an increase of 50% in conversions. The client’s next step is expansion into Europe.
