DR Bikes: Achieving Target ROAS with a 70% Boost in Conversion Value

Problem: When we took over the account, it wasn’t set up to generate sales effectively with a lot of inefficiencies and poor performance in several campaigns. The PMax had a lot of crossover and it wasn’t generating enough return for the business.

Solution: The campaigns were completely restructured to focus on consistent high performers in a new PMax campaign, removing products that were not driving a return. The PMax had an asset refresh, adding in videos and new imagery to boost performance on all networks on Google. Search ads copy was rewritten to focus on product specifics and new audiences were introduced. Budgets were assessed and defined based on seasonality so that budget was spent efficiently during peak times.

The target set by the client was to achieve of ROAS of above 600% while increasing the number of sales.

Result: The target ROAS was achieved. Overall we saw an increase of 70% in conversion value and a 50% reduction in cost per conversion.
